When you purchase Motion Design Ads, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your devices. This license is for one individual user. Team licenses require separate purchase.

2. What You Can Do

• Use the software for personal and commercial projects
• Create unlimited video ads for yourself or your clients
• Use any included templates in your commercial work
• Install the software on multiple personal devices

3. What You Cannot Do

• Redistribute, resell, or share the software itself
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the source code
• Share your license key with others
• Use the software to create a competing product

4. Updates

Your purchase includes all updates within the major version you purchased (v1.x). Major version upgrades (v2, v3, etc.) may require a separate purchase at a discounted upgrade price.

5. Ownership

You own everything you create with Motion Design Ads. We make no claim to your projects, exports, or creative work. The software itself remains our intellectual property.

6. Data & Privacy

Motion Design Ads runs entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your projects, assets, or usage data. The only network request the software makes is license key validation at activation. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the software.

9. Changes to Terms
